Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Arkansas Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred

Previous experience in a sales-oriented role.

Clear and articulate communication skills.

Proficiency in managing client information within a CRM.

Understanding of the Bentonville community and local market needs.

Identify new business opportunities by connecting with members of our community.

Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy to understand and helpful for our customers.

Guide families and individuals through the process of choosing coverage that protects their most important assets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates.

Collaborate with the agency team to ensure our service standards are consistently high.

Follow up with current clients to ensure their protection plans evolve alongside their life changes.
