We are looking to add a full-time P & C Insurance Producer / Agent to our team of sales professionals.

At the Mike Arcentales Allstate Agency, we believe in investing in our team so they can achieve a lucrative, rewarding career in the insurance industry. We support our own and provide our agents with consistent lead opportunities in addition to regular education, training and career development resources.

In addition to consistent leads you will be receiving calls from interested prospects for quoting every day! These inbound prospects are our way of showing our commitment to your success and giving you the tools necessary to thrive.

We are a busy, growing agency that requires a dedicated, goal-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Trusted Advisor : By understanding clients' unique needs and delivering customized insurance solutions.
  • Drive Your Income : Proactively sell and cross-sell property and casualty insurance products
  • Become a Knowledge Expert : Educate clients on policy features, coverage details
  • Impact Lives Daily : Help clients protect their vehicles, homes and assets, giving them peace of mind.
  • Own Your Success : Be coachable. Implement effective sales strategies to attract clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth policy processing and outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Insurance Licensing : A valid Property and Casualty license (or willingness to obtain one quickly with provided support).
  • Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required) : Background in sales, retail, or customer service is a strong plusbut your passion for helping clients matters most!
  • People Skills : Exceptional communication, active listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and confidence.
  • Goal-Driven Attitude : A self-starter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals (personal or professional).
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and other digital platforms to manage leads and sales.
  • Adaptability : Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset : Strong critical-thinking skills to address client needs and deliver solutions proactively.
  • Education : A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus). Strong grammar skills.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset : A desire to learn, grow, and advance in your career. Must have a positive attitude.
  • Salary : $40,000
