As an Insurance Service Professional, you will service our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities
- Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions
- Cross-sell/upsell to current customers
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
- Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
- Must have insurance customer service experience
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty
- Confident, motivated individual
- Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
