Job Overview
Looking for a licensed and experienced sales producer for our Allstate Agency in Bellingham, WA (Fountain District). We need someone DEPENDABLE with great self management skills. Training provided, generous base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Health care stipend and 2 weeks paid vacation plus paid holidays. We will provide a generous amount of monthly leads for you to call and sell.
Salary Range: $41,600.00 - $87,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensed in personal lines or P&C

Will pass background check through Allstate
Responsibilities
Sell min 40 items per month
Ask for referrals
Referrals to financial specialist for life insurance and financial products
Quote/present/follow up
Uncover all sales opportunities
Handle forwarded emails from manger
Bundle all policies at new business or set follow up
Maintain personal new business log
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals
