Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through attentive service.
Gather necessary information to provide accurate policy quotes and explanations to give to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Keep client records up-to-date and accurate in our systems.
Requirements
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
