What You’ll Do

• Lead Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients (70% of your day), qualifying leads and booking appointments for our licensed agents.
• Support the Team: Assist with office operations, data entry, and appointment scheduling (30% of your day).
• Deliver Value: Build relationships with prospects, listen actively, and show how we protect what matters most.
• Grow Fast: Begin insurance licensing study within 90–120 days (we’ll support you every step).
• Track Success: Hit daily activity goals—2 items/day, 8 serious quotes, 3 hours talk time.

• Required: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
