Allstate – Higdon Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Producer to join our team. This is a remote, commission-based position offering flexible hours and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct needs-based insurance consultations and present appropriate coverage options
- Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and pricing to clients
- Guide customers through the application and renewal process
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client communications using CRM software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have or be able to obtain a state insurance license (licensing reimbursement available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Tech-savvy: capable of learning CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills are a plus
