Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
- Address customer questions about Allstate products and services through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance.
- Follow up with customers regarding policy changes or updates, providing clear and concise information.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive new business growth for the agency through proactive outreach via cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits.
- Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage various administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, managing media, and maintaining the company CRM to ensure smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- 2 Years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in technology, including CRM usage and implementing efficiency tools.
- Financial services
- A current knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Property & Casualty License
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.
