Licensed Personal Lines Sales Agent

We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, sales-driven Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing Allstate agency in Ronkonkoma, NY.

This is a BASE SALARY COMMISSION position, not commission-only!

We provide agency-paid leads, professional dialer programs, CRM technology, an established customer base for cross-selling, and hands-on sales coaching.

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, closing sales, and maximizing their earning potential.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed annual base salary of $43,680–$52,000, based on experience.

Requirements:

• Active NYS Personal Lines Insurance License required.
• Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, lead management, and technology.
• Self-motivated, competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and life insurance licensing are a plus.
