Primary Responsibilities
- This is an in-office position structured to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience
- Quote and bind renewing and new business policies for the office
- Providing assistance to existing clients while servicing their current policies.
- Use your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from Allstate products and products within the Allstate family of companies.
- Work within the team dynamic to meet agency growth goals.

Eligibility Requirements
- Current Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bilingual preferred.
Preferred Experience: 1 more years customer service or sales experience preferably within the insurance industry
