Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound telemarketing and outside sales efforts to promote insurance products
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure favorable agreements for clients and the company
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate client records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and client engagement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant standards
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for additional coverage
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or other languages), are highly desirable
- Familiarity with sales administration, marketing strategies, and customer service practices is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals effectively and maintain client satisfaction
