Duties

• Engage with customers in both English and your second language to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through networking and community engagement initiatives.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company sales targets.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products such as life or property coverage.
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Support marketing campaigns by promoting insurance products across various channels and assisting with outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least two languages is essential; strong communication skills in both languages are required.
• Proven experience in home and auto insurance with a focus on customer engagement.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales processes, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
