Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Provide detailed insurance consultations, explaining policy options clearly and transparently to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Must make minimum required sales each month
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes, including CRM management and documentation accuracy.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively serve diverse customer populations.
- Experience in insurance sales or related financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Must be a licensed agent
Pay: $50,713.14 - $70,000.00 per year
