Job Description
Our Allstate Insurance Agency in Bloomfield, NJ is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Agents will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current and new clients, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
This role is primarily a service first position but does include warm sales to our existing customer base. Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position. This position has a base salary range of $37,500 to $45,000 plus bonuses, commission and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Deal with customer billing issues
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Conduct Customer insurance policy reviews
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross sale opportunity including financial services products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to turn every customer service interaction into a sales opportunity
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

- Ability and willingness to get a NJ Personal Lines insurance license (Paid Training)
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is required
