We also invest heavily in marketing and paid lead generation. You'll have access to a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, giving you the ability to spend less time hunting for prospects and more time writing business.
Previous Allstate experience is strongly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply as we continue expanding our Spanish-speaking customer base

Responsibilities
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and other personal lines products
- Handle inbound leads and follow up on agency-generated opportunities
- Build referral relationships and cross-sell existing customers
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve production goals
- Make sales & close business
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Insurance sales experience
- Proven track record of closing business
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
