- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Year-end total: $75,000 - $150,000 with base commissions

Requirements
- Licensing: Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: minimum of 1 year insurance sales required.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
