We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join our office and help us continue delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
• Assist clients in selecting the right auto, home, and commercial insurance policies for their needs
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Support the team in meeting individual and office-wide goals

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish — must be able to read, write, and speak both fluently (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills — you're a people person
• Sales-minded with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus
• New York Property & Casualty (P&C) license is a plus — but we are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining their license
