Our compensation plan starts at $50,000 per year and only goes up from there. This is a base commission role paid through a W2.

A Day In The Life Of An Insurance Sales Account Manager:
- Making outbound calls to prospects, as well as taking inbound calls from our various lead sources
- Engaging in frequent practice and drills to improve your skills
- Building relationships and uncovering client insurance needs
- Following up with leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Crushing goals and celebrating wins with a strong and high-performing team!
You're A Perfect Fit If You Are:

- Must be willing to obtain a Georgia Personal Lines Insurance License (we can help with that!)
- Prior sales experience is preferred (does not have to be in insurance)
