Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves engaging with customers through various channels, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.

· Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding of services offered.

· Handle outbound calling for follow-ups and customer engagement initiatives.

· Provide support in sales processes by assisting customers with product information and order placements.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.

· Process cash handling transactions accurately and securely.

· Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Skills

· Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

· Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.

· Experience in sales or a call center environment is a plus.

· Ability to handle outbound calling effectively for follow-up purposes.

· Familiarity with customer support best practices and tools.

· Competency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping.

· Cash handling experience is desirable.
