Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance and a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Proven Sales and phone skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience with Allstate is a bonus
