Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from personal and company-provided leads.
- Maximize referrals by quoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing clients.
- Prospect and set appointments for new business opportunities.
- Contact existing leads for renewal quoting to drive repeat business.
- Build relationships with mortgage brokers, auto dealerships, and realtors to maintain consistent lead flow.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and reliable work ethic.
- Demonstrate coachability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in a sales career (insurance experience a plus but not required)
- Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license before starting (Life & Health license within 6 months)
