We are a top-performing Allstate agency focused on growth, professionalism, and doing what’s right for our customers. We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Specialist who can educate clients, build relationships, and help protect families through smart insurance planning.
About the Role
This position focuses on life insurance solutions including Term, Whole Life, IUL, GUL, and supplemental products. You will receive warm internal referrals, work existing policyholders, and generate new business through follow-up and proactive outreach. This is not a cold-calling boiler room — we value quality conversations, education, and closing with integrity.

What You'll Do
- Conduct needs-based life insurance discussions with existing and prospective clients
- Present tailored life insurance solutions and close qualified opportunities
- Follow up on warm leads and internal referrals from P&C agents
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a high-touch experience
- Maintain accurate application and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with agency sales leadership to meet monthly goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Experience in life insurance sales or financial services preferred
- Professional communicator with consultative sales mindset
- Strong follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and build trust with clients
- High integrity and passion for helping families protect what matters most
