Hourly Base Pay Commission Bonuses | Average Total Compensation: $35K–$60K annually

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships
Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer account updates
Process Evidence of Insurance and policy documents
Assist with cross-selling opportunities and referrals for additional products
Meet individual and agency performance goals
Identify opportunities for financial services and refer to appropriate team members

Active Property & Casualty license (required)
