Once licensed, you will:
- Quote and close company-provided leads across auto, home, and umbrella insurance.
- Follow up consistently, address objections, and confidently ask for the business.
- Recommend appropriate bundled coverage and identify additional household needs.
- Place eligible business through our brokered carrier appointments.
- Work toward clear production standards: 50 items per month and 4 hours of daily client talk time.
- $23/hour base pay, paid regardless of production.
- New-business commissions of 2%–9% of written premium, based on monthly item count.
- Performance multipliers for bundling and life referrals that can increase the effective commission rate to 10.5%.
- A $1,000 quarterly production bonus for qualifying high-volume producers.
- Additional commission opportunities on brokered business.
