As an Insurance Professional, you’ll help a local insurance agency grow by talking to new people and building good relationships in the community. You’ll explain insurance in a way that’s easy to understand, help customers see why it matters, and guide them toward the coverage that fits their needs. Your goal is to earn their trust and keep them as long-term customers.

- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers and cold calling
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
- Required to complete outbound calls to cross-sell insurance products and services.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
- Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
- Must hold an active Property & Casualty and/or Personal Lines insurance license or enroll in our Licensing Bootcamp Program.
- Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a professional office setting and environment.
