Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries about insurance products and services.
- Provide accurate information and support to clients via phone and email.
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Promote additional services to meet customer needs.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered

- Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.
