Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients- Follow approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
- Explain basic insurance offerings clearly and professionally
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to agents
- Accurately record call outcomes and customer information
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
Strong communication and listening skills - Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
