Responsibilities
  • Be the trusted advisor that review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets
  • Develop long-term relationships with our customers to trust you over the years and decades
  • Become an expert on our agency Customer Retention processes, as well as Allstate products
Job Qualifications
  • Insurance experience required, must have Property and Casualty license. Transferring from another state is OK.
  • Strong experience in customer retention is required (not just transactional customer service--- that is boring)
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and can track their own progress

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
