Youll work with a variety of insurance products, including life, property, casualty, and more, ensuring clients receive the right coverage for their needs.Key Responsibilities Identify clients insurance needs through consultations and assessments. Recommend and sell appropriate insurance policies and coverage options. Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance requirements.Qualifications Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and Life license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!) Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
