Job Description
The Bullock Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, confident Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role focuses on making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, starting conversations, and setting qualified appointments for our licensed agents.
If you’re comfortable on the phone, enjoy talking to people, and want performance-based earning potential, this is a great opportunity.
This is not a sales-closing role. Your job is to open the door and set the appointment — we’ll handle the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
- Follow proven call scripts (with room for your personality)
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for licensed agents
- Accurately log call results in our system
- Maintain a positive, professional phone presence
- Hit daily and weekly activity goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and clear speaking voice
- Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Previous telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience is a plus (but not required)
