The Aaron Augustine Agency has served the Dallas–Fort Worth community for 25 years and is one of the largest Allstate agencies in Texas. We are growing our team and looking to add driven, licensed insurance agents who want to be rewarded for their success.

You won’t be doing it alone

What you will do
- Meet new-business production goals and objectives
- Develop insurance quotes and deliver sales presentations on Allstate auto, home, life, and specialty products
- Treat every client interaction as a chance to understand their full needs and round out their protection with the right coverage and financial products
- Maintain daily activity expectations and the phone time and sales quotas set by management
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
What we are looking for
- An active Texas Personal Lines insurance license (required)
- At least 1 year of insurance sales experience (required)
- Hungry and self-motivated — you push yourself without being pushed and always want the next opportunity
- Humble and coachable — you share credit, own your misses, and put the team and the client ahead of your ego
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
