- Meet business production goals and objectives
- Call and follow up on provided leads to close business
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client's needs
- Educate clients on insurance coverages
- Consistent follow up with clients is required
- Must have drive and ambition to succeed
- Must have the "never give up attitude"
- Must be a team player
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License is a bonus, but if willing to get licensed all applicants will be considered
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
