Allstate Glass is a growing commercial glass and glazing contractor serving Birmingham and the Southeast. We specialize in storefront, curtain wall, entrances, architectural glass, and specialty glazing systems on commercial construction projects.
We're looking for experienced field leaders who take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering successful projects. Whether you're an experienced Foreman looking to advance or an established Superintendent, we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do
- Lead commercial glass and glazing installations from start to finish.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Allstate Glass quality standards.
- Communicate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and field personnel.
- Conduct quality inspections and proactively resolve field issues.
- Mentor installers and help develop the next generation of field leaders.
Qualifications Required
- Commercial glass and glazing experience
- Leadership experience as a Lead Installer, Foreman, or Superintendent
- Ability to read construction drawings and shop drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred
- Experience with storefront, curtain wall, entrances, and architectural glass systems
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience coordinating multiple commercial projects

Compensation
Position level and compensation will be based on experience.
- Foreman: $25–$35/hour
- Superintendent: $35–$45/hour
