Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Write a minimum of 30 items/month
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
- An active Property & Casualty Insurance license to apply
- Coachable, motivated, and brings a team-first attitude
- Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Dedicated workspace in the home, separate from common spaces
- Fast, reliable internet
- Reliable childcare during business hours
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience with Allstate is preferred
