We are hiring a Remote Insurance Sales Rep to join our outbound sales team focused on Florida personal lines business. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy high-volume phone sales, and want their earnings tied directly to performance.
- Base hourly pay of $12 to $18 based on experience, with expected first year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers in Florida
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products using established scripts
- Meet or exceed daily activity and production targets including calls, talk time, and sales
- Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the agency CRM
- Follow compliance, licensing, and procedural requirements for binding and policy issuance
- Maintain consistency and reliability in daily outbound sales activity
Requirements
- Must currently possess a P&C license.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Coachable and able to follow scripts and defined processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and consistent daily activity
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
