Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build and manage long-term strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills to analyze options, explain risk and return, and construct appropriate portfolios.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products to support clients in managing risk and protecting assets.
- Relevant licenses such as FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 (or the ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe) are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data, use financial planning tools, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
