We are hiring for a Client Service Associate. This is a fit for high-aptitude people who may have never considered insurance. If you have succeeded in hospitality, retail, banking, customer service, or the military community, or you are a recent graduate ready to launch a career, we want to talk. This role is built as a launch pad, not a dead end. You start as a Client Service Associate and grow along a clear, paid path:
1. Get licensed & trained we pay for your Alaska license and coach you daily.
2. Master service you become the trusted go-to for our clients.
3. Begin selling you start writing business yourself, with support.
4. Choose your future promote to Licensed Sales Producer, or build a respected long-term career as a senior Client Service Associate. Both are valued here.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in and inbound clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle service requests billing questions, policy changes, ID cards, coverage questions accurately and quickly.
- Learn to spot coverage gaps and life changes, so clients are always properly protected.
- Train every day using role-play and AI-powered coaching to sharpen your communication and confidence.
- Grow into quoting and selling as your skills develop on your way to becoming a Licensed Sales Producer.
Requirements
- Able to commute and work in the office in Anchorage, AK, MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM.
- An active Alaska Personal Lines or P&C license or the drive and ability to earn your Alaska Personal Lines or P&C license within your first 45 days (we pay for the course and exam).
