The Champnella Agency is seeking a full time individual as a long-term addition to our team. If you are a person who is good at building relationships while offering positive customer service and have the ability to educate the client regarding products offered, then YOU belong on our team! As a sales representative, you are required to hold a Property & Casualty license (which we will help obtain), have a confident yet reassuring phone presence, have the ability to multi task, have computer knowledge, enjoy working in a team and goal oriented setting and, most important, maintain a strong commitment to integrity and ethical business practices.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting policy reviews and updating policies
- Meet production goals and objectives as established
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
