Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships
• Motivated to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and confidently ask for the sale
• Positive, coachable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day

• Quote Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, Motorcycle, Boat and Life Insurance
• Cross-sell existing customers
• Follow up with warm leads and quote requests
• Assist customers calling our office with insurance questions
• Review current policies and recommend better protection
• Help customers make policy changes
• Process endorsements and policy updates
• Answer billing and coverage questions
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Ask for referrals from happy customers
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
