What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workers' Compensation Attorney position at AllStar Staffing Group?
We have an immediate need for an Attorney at a leading defense law firm in Mt Laurel in their workers' compensation department. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity.
Job Duties Include:
- writing complex briefs and motions
- arguing motions to the Court
- attending and taking depositions
- handling some files independently
Job Requirements Include:
- 4-8 years of experience
- Experience handling workers' comp cases a plus
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- PA and NJ Bar admission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
