What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at AllStar Staffing Group?
We have an immediate need for temporary Data Entry Associates at a leading organization conveniently located in Philadelphia. This position is expected to last 3-4 months or so, possibly longer.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist with completing entry of online membership applications
- Entering membership information for print applications
- Assist with creating records for membership activation
- Updating member contact information
- Completing data entry in member records
- Providing invoices, benefit fulfillment, etc.
- Data integrity/clean-up
Job Requirements Include:
- Ability to input data quickly and accurately
- Ensures accuracy when entering large volumes of information.
- Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in data
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data manipulation, Data cleanup)
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience in a Windows environment (not MAC)
- Experience with Power BI a plus
Salary : $20 - $22
