The Mission

As a Hospitality Host, you’re the face of the party and the keeper of the vibe. You’ll welcome guests, hype up the kids, lead activities, and make sure families leave saying, “That was the best party ever.”

If you’re shy, this won’t be for you. We need big energy, friendly confidence, and someone who loves being on the floor with guests.

What You’ll Do

Hospitality & Guest Engagement

• Greet families with a big smile and real warmth the moment they walk in
• Stay present with your guests: not hiding behind a counter
• Check in often, anticipate needs, and solve small problems before they become big ones
• Make every guest feel seen, celebrated, and taken care of

Kids’ Safety & Fun

• Keep kids safe, supervised, and having a blast throughout their visit
• Lead party activities and games with confidence and control
• Maintain order in kid zones: fun doesn’t mean chaos
• Be alert, proactive, and calm under pressure when the energy is high

Party Leadership

• Run celebrations like a coach on game day, organized, upbeat, and in charge
• Set the tone for the party, keeping it moving and exciting
• Coordinate with team members to deliver smooth, memorable experiences
• Handle simple party setup/cleanup and keep spaces guest-ready

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Are NOT shy. You can talk to anyone, kids, parents, whole crowds.
• Love being active, upbeat, and on your feet
• Have natural hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome
• Can lead a group of kids confidently (without yelling or freezing up)
• Stay cool and responsible in busy, high-energy moments
• Are dependable, team-first, and ready to own your role

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with kids (daycare, camps, coaching, babysitting, youth sports, etc.)
• Party hosting, guest services, or customer-facing experience
• A fun, outgoing personality that brings energy to the room
