Job Title: Construction Foreman

Salary: $24 to $30 per hour based on depth of experience in siding, windows, and deck building.

Location: Columbia, MO (and surrounding areas)

Job Description

Leadership and craftsmanship are what will make someone successful in this position. We're looking for a foreman with experience installing windows, doors, and siding; as well as experience building decks. The more competent experience you can show in these trades the more you can make. We have both hourly projects and piece rate projects to ensure you maximize what you are worth.

As the Foreman you will set the standard and the expectations for those you lead. For each job you will ensure that quality standards are being met while coaching those on your team to and improve. The majority of our projects are residential homes, 2 stories or less; with most located in Columbia or within 30 minutes of Columbia. We have consistent work that can keep you busy year round.

• Able to run the crew like it is your own and be accountable for efficiency and craftsmanship.
• A strong leader who can organize work daily, manage the crew, and also be hands-on to ensure the best possible end product.
• Experience building decks (preferred, not required)
• Experience installing vinyl, LP SmartSide, and James Hardie siding.
• Experience replacing windows, soffit, and fascia.
• At least 5 years of successful, measureable experience in exterior renovation.
• Able to teach others and help them to grow and improve their installation methods.
• Able to organize your team each day and communicate with the office daily on what is happening in the field.
• Must be able to work typical hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding as needed
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
