Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, fencing, or general construction work with a focus on fence installation projects.
- Ability to read drawings and construction plans accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, levels, drills, as well as power tools.
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work involving heavy lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site work, power tool operation, welding safety practices, and material handling.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during project execution.
