The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, career-minded salesperson who takes pride in building relationships, creating opportunities, and guiding customers to the right solution. This role is ideal for someone who wants long-term growth, values accountability, and is energized by performance-based expectations.
What You’ll Do
· Own the customer experience from first contact through signed agreement
· Manage incoming leads and self-generate new opportunities weekly
· Build relationships with homeowners, returning customers, and referral partners
· Run professional site visits, identify needs, and present clear solutions
· Maintain clean CRM hygiene: notes, next steps, and timely status updates
· Coordinate internally with estimating and production to drive a smooth handoff
· Operate with urgency and follow-up discipline to keep opportunities moving
What Success Looks Like
· Consistent prospecting and pipeline creation each week
· Strong follow-up cadence with clear next steps
· High-quality file documentation and system accuracy
· Closing performance aligned with team standards (targeting a 40% closing rate)
What We’re Looking For
· 5 years of construction, building products, or exterior sales experience
· Strong technical understanding of home construction and exterior systems
· Proven ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly
· Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented with strong time management
· Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools (estimates, photos, documentation)
· Self-starter who thrives in a team environment and embraces accountability
· Valid driver’s license; comfortable with heights and ladders (30 feet)
