Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of residential exterior repair services, including roofing, siding, gutter repairs, leak investigation, and general construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on construction experience, a solid understanding of home building systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, communicating with customers and office staff, and managing daily jobsite responsibilities with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
Daily Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Roofing repair- cedar, asphalt, tile, slate, metal, etc.
- Siding repair- vinyl, LP, seamless steel, etc.
- Gutter repairLeak investigation and repair
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5 years' hands on construction experience
- Strong technical understanding of home building
- Attention to detail; organizational skills; time management skills required
- Strong communication skills- must be able to effectively communicate daily with office staff and customers in the field as required
- Must work well both independently and as a team
- Self-starter with proven ability to exceed goals
- Understanding of field CRM applications- navigating project schedules, meeting jobsite photo requirements, etc.
- Willingness to learn additional skills required
- Not afraid of heights, willing to climb ladders 30 feet
- Valid driver's license
Compensation to be discussed based on experience and skill set.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
