ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services provides premium transportation for executives, corporate travelers, and private clients worldwide. We are growing and looking for a confident, service driven professional to join our Client Engagement team.
This is not a cold calling role. All inquiries are inbound from clients already looking for transportation. Your role is to respond quickly, understand the client’s needs, prepare accurate quotes, follow up on open opportunities, and turn inquiries into confirmed reservations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, communicating with confidence, and being rewarded for strong performance.
Schedule
Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Full time, on site
What You Will Do
- Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries
- Recommend the right vehicle and service options
- Prepare accurate quotes and reservations
- Follow up on open quotes and pending opportunities
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate client and reservation details
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure excellent service
What We Are Looking For
- Confident, professional phone communication
- Strong customer service and sales ability
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the booking
- Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple requests in a fast paced office environment
- Positive, accountable, and team focused
Preferred Experience
- Customer service, inside sales, hospitality, travel, or reservation experience
- Experience following up on leads, quotes, or client inquiries
- Familiarity with CRM or booking systems is a plus
- Corporate travel, luxury service, or transportation experience is helpful
