Key Responsibilities:
- Check for any failed orders and investigate what happened and report any issues to P&P supervisors.
- Enter orders and create pick Sheets
- Check emails throughout the day and respond in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls.
- Check for orders and print them throughout the day.
- Keep multiple LPN's and packing slips together.
- Support customers/team members with problems or concerns.
- Notify customers when their supplies arrive.
- Work with supervisors and managers from other Departments.
- Print no-shipments a give to necessary leads or supervisors.
- Fill out daily logs and reports daily.
- Check on and handle customer pick-ups.
- Ensure customers are billed on a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with inventory counts when needed
Qualifications:
- Accuracy, Attendance & Punctuality, Attention to Detail, Clerical.
- Must be Bilingual – Reading and writing
- Computer usage, Window operating system, MS Online.
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Strong Written Skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, lift, push, pull, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
