What You'll Do
· Bring in new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting in the Youngstown and Alliance areas.
· Build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
· Identify staffing needs, present solutions, and close new accounts.
· Manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow established sales processes.
· Consistently achieve new business development goals.
What We're Looking For
· 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business.
· A self-motivated hunter who can prospect and close deals independently.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
· Someone who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to our mission and core values.
· Staffing industry experience preferred, but not required.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an experienced salesperson ready to hit the ground running.
