POSITION
Join our dynamic team as an Investment Operations Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. Analysts will gain exposure to key operational functions like data operations, intermediary oversight, client reporting, and lifecycle management. Participants will engage in hands-on projects aligned with strategic transformation initiatives such as platform consolidation, API buildouts, and data quality remediation. Analysts will receive structured training in investment operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Investment Analytics, Technology, and Client Service.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.
Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile investment transactions across asset classes.
- Support onboarding and maintenance of account master data and security/issuer domains
- Assist in the implementation of new operational workflows and tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Vermilion, APX, Power BI, Salesforce)
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to client reporting and performance attribution processes.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with investment products and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Bloomberg, Salesforce, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Interest in operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
